Q: Do you guarantee your work???

A: While we take your order very seriously and pride in the work that we do and we have never made an error, no, we do not provide any guarantee whatsoever.

Q: How do I know that your translation is 100% accurate?

A: We have done well over 500 tattoo designs and translations for professors, celebrities, tattoo studios and in this time we have not had a single problem or error or issue.

Q: I want my translation completed and emailed to me by X date because I have an appointment with a tattoo artist?
Because we complete all orders on a first come first serve basis without exception, we are unable to guarantee your order's completion by the time that you would like, need, or try to demand. Your date of receiving your order is 5 minutes after our artists or translators complete your work and it is double checked for accuracy.

Q: What is your refund policy?
Once you have received your order by email, you cannot get a refund and that should be quite obvious.

Q: What if I would like the translation to be used as a tattoo?
All classical Hebrew style font (script) translations can be easily printed from your home computer and provided to your tattoo artist and now we are offering the keter or crown font.

Q: What if I would like a few different font(scripts)styles?
We currently only offer the basic font and the classical script/font.

Q: My tattoo artist needs the outline of the Hebrew in order to transfer the tattoo from the paper onto the skin, can you provide that?
To receive the outline of the font, which the tattoo artist requires, add an additional USD$9.00 (USD$27.00 in total). Nine dollars is very affordable as it will save you much more money in the long run because the tattoo artist will charge you far more for the labor of creating the required outline.

Q: How much is a translation?
A basic translation costs as little as USD$9.00 if you require just a single word translated which is payable through Paypal. A $9.00 translation IS NOT usable for tattoos because your images that you receive are too small and low resolution, but a $9.00 translation is excellent for determining if you like the look and sound of a word or a phrase or for simply translating something.

Q: I wanted a sentence translated but I accidentally paid $9.00 for the single word/name?
If you paid for a single word/name service but instead you sent us a sentence to be translated, work on your translation/design cannot commence until payment has been received in full and the confusion clarified. Your order is moved to the back of the line until payment is received. Please email us to sort this out and we'll be thrilled to get you what you paid for expeditiously.

Q: How does the translation look?
We provide you with a variety of options which are visible on the translation page so that you can choose the translation or design option that is right for you. If you just need a quick translation of a word, there is that option available. If you are looking for a translation and artwork for a tattoo, or for some other purpose, we have that option available to you as well. Once your translation is ready, we email it to you as a jpeg (picture).

We must repeat, basic translations are too small in size to be used for tattoos, but our classical font designs/ translations come as print quality 300DPI high resolution JPEG pictures.

Q: How do I receive my translation?
You will receive it in an email 3 -21 days after you have paid. We do not mail translations by post.

Q: Why does it take so long to receive an order?
We do all orders on a first come, first serve basis. Some orders are tremendously complicated and require us to do many hours of research and design which then holds every other order up. In some cases, orders are quick and easy and we may have even done it already and have it in stock, in which case we have been able to reply back within minutes, but only on a first come first serve basis.
